Take Action Plan

Now, you've been doing some great work getting through this IGNITE program, and you're almost done. But the most important step is to take action. We've created a Take Action Plan that you're going to print off here, and you're going to commit to this. This is where you're going to take all of this great content and get it integrated into your business, and start using it with prospects and clients, and get your entire team behind you. The first step is to document your Bridge Talk. In this action plan, you're going to write down your Bridge Talk. Make sure you share it with your team, get your team committed to it as well, and start sharing with every prospect and new client, as well as all your existing clients. Next, you're going to go through and do the Planning Table. You're going to take your top three most important relationships you have, and fill out that Planning Table.

Put yourself in one of the seats on what role you're playing with the client. Are you in the planning seat? Are you in the investment seat? Are you in the insurance seat providing that advice? Are you proving tax advice or legal advice? Those are the five core main seats at the table. Write your clients' names down, write down where you're sitting at the table. Across at the bottom of that, write down who are the individuals that come in and provide a sales role, a product or a service, that they're not a trusted relationship, but they provide something to your client. Do that for each one of your top three relationships. This is where you're going to be practicing this so you can start doing it with all your prospects and existing clients. At the bottom of the Planning Table exercise, you're going to write down the name of the individuals at the table, your name as well, what role you play, and who referred you in.

Go through that with your top three relationships, share with your team, and make sure you get behind using this tool with all of your relationships. Then you'll see there's a blank page in there. We want you to do the Planning Horizon exercise. Sit down with a team member, pretend they're an existing client or a prospect, and go through the entire script and draw it out. When you look at this Take Action Plan, there's a section at the end that you sign. We're always big on signing to get commitment. Sign off on this Take Action Plan that you and your team are committed to using your Bridge Talk, starting now with all of your clients. You're using the Planning Table with all of your clients. The Planning Horizon is used with all prospects and existing clients to build that right relationship every time. We're glad you went through the program and have gone through all the modules. You need to commit to it. Finish that Take Action Plan.
