In this lesson, I'll show you how to create an Affirmation Report.

So what we want to do is scroll down to the bottom where it says, "Reports." And then you'll see, we have two Affirmation Reports here: Goal Detail Affirmation, and Goal Profile Affirmation. The difference between the two is that the Goal Detail has a lot of the GISOR details in it. So it has Goal, Importance, Supporting Resources, Obstacles, and Readiness, where Goal Profile only contains the goal in the description.

So for today, we're going to click on the Goal Detail. So click view, download, and here's the report. So it has the goal, the description of the goal, the importance, supporting resources, obstacles, and readiness. You'll have the client read through and either agree or disagree, and then sign off on it and date it. And that's how you create an Affirmation Report.
