Let's talk about Goal Clarity and talk about goals. The problem that we see often is that advisors and their team are working on behalf of their client, they're doing financial assessments, they're running illustrations, they're documenting things for the client and the client doesn't implement. The client doesn't connect their goals to your solutions.
