Take Action Plan

You've been going through the LAUNCH program and completing and reading through and learning a lot of great information and content to integrate in your business. Now, with closing off this program, we want you to make sure you take action. That this isn't just another program. That you've learned a lot of great content and it sits on a shelf or it sits on your computer somewhere. We, now, want you to take action, close out this program, and start impacting every relationship. Take the Take Action Plan and print this off and you need to commit to it.

The first part of it, you're going to go through a vision exercise and talk about the vision of your business. Where is your business going to be five, ten years out? Document and follow the vision exercise just like you would do with a prospect or existing client.

Then, go through the values exercise. Write down your top five values. Where they're showing up in your business and make sure that your team is part of this as well, making sure that they understand the values of the business.

Then, you're going to go through and do Goal Inventory. Write down all the goals, unpack everything that you want to accomplish for your business, and then, prioritize the top three goals. Get that Goal Inventory and commit to the top three goals that are going to make the greatest consequential changes in your business.

Then, we're going to go right on to the Goal Detail and get clarity on those goals. Pressure test it, write down that goal, and document. Why is that goal important to you? Why is that going to change your business and change your life and change the lives of your clients? What are the supporting resources that you have in your business that's going to complete this goal and help you accomplish it? Document the obstacles, make sure your teams a part of this as well. What are the obstacles that are gonna get in the way of you integrating this program and what are the specific things that you need to make sure you avoid?

Then, going through the readiness scale. One to five. You should be a one or two on all of these items that say that what each of these goals, we're ready to take action. If you're not ready to take action right now, make sure you write down what you need to get out of the way to make sure you accomplish these goals. When looking at this program, we're gonna get you to take action on yourself just like you'd be doing planning for a client.
Then, once you have those top three goals, you're going to get to Goal Achievement and you're going to write down how are we going to achieve these goals? You have your goal, you're going to document the gap. Where is our business today on accomplishing this goal and where do we wanna be? What is the quantitative and qualitative difference in that gap associated with accomplishing that goal?

Then, go to the action steps. Well, we call it the Place of Most Potential often, is that what are the specific action steps you need to integrate in your business, today, to accomplish that goal?

In this action plan, you're gonna take your vision, your values, your goals, and the achievement section of gap in the recommendation and then, you have access to the Qualitate application. You're going to put that right in there as a client. You're going to create yourself as a client, get all the information in there. We have the descriptions and the process and everything of how you can actually print off a plan. When you put that plan in there, and then you're going to enter in all the goals, you're gonna be able to check off the box to, "Include in Planning Map." You're going to be able to create even a Planning Map for your goals. You're gonna be able to put a status that maybe some of these goals, you're already in progress, some are scheduled out, and you're going to be able to print off a plan just like you'd be integrating in with your client.

Now, at the end of this action plan, is a section for you to sign off. We want that commitment. You need to commit to yourself that this is going to be a program that you're going to start integrating all of it, commit to you and your team, commit to your prospects and clients, and build a great relationship every time.
