Client Communication to Other Advisors Recap

The next best practice is the client communication with the other advisors. Remember, the client has to authorize this collaborative effort, or it's just not going to start to begin with. You must coach the client on how to do this. The client will not automatically know how, or the client will do it wrong, and not position you properly.

So, the way you control the message is to use the sample email in the course materials, adapt it to your liking, to your process, to your practice, and then coach the client on exactly how to address this email to the other advisors, and send those out individually. And copy you when those emails go out, so that you'll be prepared, then, to make the call, and set up individual meetings with those other advisors.
