Before you embark on going through all of the content in this program, I want to introduce you to a great tool that we created called the Discovery Insight Workbook. Now this workbook is a consolidation of many tools that you're going to be introduced further along in this program. Each part of the program has different tools that you're going to get introduced to, but this Discovery Insight Workbook consolidates them all so you can document your client experience. Then you and your team can sit down, go through that content and then use our Qualitate application to create powerful client deliverables.
